The Lynch School of Education and Human Development (LSEHD) at Boston College is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Early and Elementary Reading Education who will teach core reading courses at the undergraduate and master's levels and also pursue an active research agenda in reading education. We seek an emerging scholar with knowledge and expertise in two or more of the following areas: theories of reading and reading development; reading assessment and disability; culturally and linguistically responsive reading instruction; reading curriculum and pedagogies; use of technology and multimodal approaches to support reading and literacy development.
