Our local school systems have engaged in self-assessment and action planning to improve transition services, worked with higher education to develop inclusive programs for students aged 18 - 21, and are looking for resources and support. Work with the State Dept of Education's team and the Maryland Coalition for Inclusive Education! You will love the work.
Required knowledge: evidence-based and promising practices in secondary transition, national movements to improve post-secondary outcomes, development of inclusive high school and post-secondary programs.
Required skills: writing, product development, interpersonal communication, presentation, and coaching of professionals
